Customers are encouraged to inspect and test products before leaving the shop.
Where applicable, customers may test mobile phones, laptops, tablets, chargers, adapters, Bluetooth devices, and accessories.
Collection of the product confirms that the customer has had the opportunity to inspect the item.
Local Singapore sets may include manufacturer warranty coverage. Manufacturer warranty claims are generally handled directly through the authorised brand service centre or showroom. Warranty terms, duration and coverage depend on the manufacturer and model purchased.
Export sets may carry a REAS service warranty where stated at the point of sale. Warranty duration varies by product. Any applicable warranty period will be clearly communicated to the customer before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, export laptops may include up to three months service warranty. Warranty coverage depends on the specific model and supplier terms. Customers will be informed of applicable coverage before purchase.
Accessories may include earphones, headphones, chargers, adapters, cables, Bluetooth devices, and smart accessories.
REAS will test applicable accessories before handover whenever possible. Due to hygiene and packaging considerations, return eligibility may vary depending on product type.
Where a genuine manufacturing defect is identified shortly after purchase, REAS will make reasonable efforts to assist customers. This may include testing the item, verifying the fault, communicating with distributors or suppliers, and arranging replacement where approved. Each case is assessed individually.
If REAS installs an incorrect tempered glass model, performs a misaligned installation, or makes an installation error caused by our staff, we will replace and reinstall the tempered glass at no additional charge.
Repair outcomes depend on the device condition received.
Customers acknowledge that previously repaired devices may contain hidden defects, water-damaged devices may develop additional faults, certain faults may only become apparent after opening the device, and additional issues may be discovered during diagnosis.
Where additional work is required, customers will be informed before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
Repair warranty, where provided, applies only to the specific repair component or service performed. Warranty duration varies depending on repair type and will be communicated before completion of the repair.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs by third parties, customer misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Customers are strongly advised to back up important data before repair. REAS is not responsible for loss of data arising from device faults, software issues, hardware failure, or repair procedures.
Our goal is long-term customer satisfaction. Where issues arise, REAS will always endeavour to provide fair and reasonable assistance and work towards an appropriate solution whenever possible.
